5:30am – Coffee with coconut milk.
8:30am – 4 Egg Omelette
12:30pm – Beef soup with some pork ribs
5:30pm – Thai Chicken (hen) soup. Coconut milk added during cooking. Ate a couple of the mushrooms in the soup.
7:30pm – Frozen berries with some coconut milk and a couple of handfuls of nuts (walnuts, almonds).
